Winner of the Great Taste Awards 2008, the Thursday Cottage Lime Curd is a crisp creamy curd that has a zesty flavour of limes.
Thursday Cottage award winning curds are made with fruit, sugar, fresh pasteurised free-range eggs, pure country butter and and cane sugar. The ingredients are slowly and gently mixed in their curd kettle until they are ready to be filled into jars.
Ingredients:
Sugar, lime juice (15%), pasteurized Free-range EGGS, pasteurized Free-range EGG YOLKS, BUTTER (MILK, salt), gelling agent: citrus pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, lemon oil.

Store at ambient temperature. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 4
weeks.
Usage Suggestions:
