Chop suey is a Chinese dish consisting of meats (beef, chicken, shrimp or pork) cooked quickly with vegetables such as beans, cabbage and celery, wrapped in a starch sauce. It is typically served with rice but can also become the American version of chow mein with the addition of fried noodles. This Youwok Chop Suey contains a mix of different vegetables like bean sprouts, white cabbage, corn, bamboo shoots and mushrooms.
