Chao Min of Prawns

This Asian pasta dish is a combination of soy sauce, a mixture of Chinese vegetables typical of Southeast Asia. Prawns give a consistent and satisfying texture to this dish that, by itself, makes a meal.

Preparation Method

  1. Put 2 l of water in a large bowl, place the dough and pour over the boiling water. Reserve.
  2. Add the onions and garlic, add the oil and saute. Insert the rice vinegar and let it settle.
  3. Add the Chinese mixture, soy sprouts, and celery, and saute some more.
  4. Add the seafood broth, soy sauce, and shrimp core and cook.
  5. Wrap it up with egg noodles. Serve immediately!
