Product Description

Vinification: The grapes are harvested earlier than fully ripe, to obtain a fresher, more fragrant wine, then they are subjected to a delicate crush and soft pressing fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of about 16°C (60°F), which preserves the fruitiness and the finest sensory characteristics of the wine.

Tasting notes: Appealing pale straw-yellow color with delicate green reflections. Delicately fruity, with good acidity and remarkable sapidity. Light but pleasantly enveloping in the mouth, with a refreshing finish that makes it easy to drink.

Food paring: Excellent as a light aperitif, it also combines well with white meats and steamed or grilled fish and Pizza.
