Preparation Method

  1. Put the sparkling wine in the fridge the day before.
  2. Thread the grapes onto 6 wooden skewers, 12 grapes on each skewer.
  3. In 6 champagne glasses, place mint leaves and a skewer of grapes (one for each glass).
  4. Serve with chilled sparkling wine.
