Fruit Salad with Yuzu Juice

Yuzu juice can be used in place of lemon in sweet and savoury preparations: ice creams, fruit salads and cocktails.

Ingredients

  • 15 strawberries
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1/2 mango
  • 15 raspberries
  • 10 cherries
  • 100 gr of redcurrant
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of yuzu juice

Preparation Method

  1. Wash the fruit, deseed the cherries, cut up the strawberries, mango and pineapple.
  2. Chop the mint leaves very finely.
  3. Add the fruit (except the currants), mint and yuzu juice in a salad bowl and mix.
  4. Place in the fridge, preferably for an hour, for a fruit salad to be very fresh.
  5. Use the current stalks to make a beautiful presentation, placing them delicately on top of the other fruits at the last minute, without mixing.
