  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, egg, and milk. Beat well with a wire whisk so that there are no lumps.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan over low heat, melt the butter. Pour a tablespoon of batter into the pan and spread the batter out slightly.
  3. When the top of the pancake starts to get small bubbles, you can flip it over with the help of a spatula.
  4. Repeat the process until you finish the batter, adding butter to the pan as needed.
  5. Serve the freshly made pancakes with Ginger Syrup Cubes.
