Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Clean the partridges and cook them in about 2 liters of water and the game broth (low heat).
  2. Peel and cut the onions and ham into small pieces.
  3. When the partridges are cooked, remove them from the pan, and add the chopped onions and ham to the broth.
  4. Let it cook well.
  5. Separately, cut the bread into slices, toast it and place it in the bottom of the terrine.
  6. Check the seasonings of the broth, water the toast, and let it soak a little.
