Preparation Method

  1. Cut the avocado into cubes and mix in a bowl with the olive oil, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and orange zest
  2. With the help of a mould, form the tartar by placing the avocado on the base, on top of the salmon and press
  3. Serve with the Orange Cakes and some chopped chives
