Preparation Method

  1. Wrap the garlic head in foil with a little Olive Oil. Place in the oven at 200ºC for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Olive Oil, mozzarella (reserve some for sprinkling), ham in small pieces, finely chopped parsley, roasted garlic pulp, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the baguette so as to obtain a lid.
  4. Remove part of the crumb.
  5. Fill with the cheese and garlic mixture and finish with the grated mozzarella.
  6. Place in the oven until golden brown. Finish with Piri-Piri.
