Tropical Sangria

This summer has been generous… the days have been very sunny, with very high temperatures! And a lot of heat, it asks for a lot of liquids!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons mango and passion fruit compote
  • 10 cl of tonic water
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 mango
  • 1 lime
  • mint leaves

Preparation Method

  1. Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Cut the lime into wedges.
  2. Place all the fruits in a glass container. Add the jam and gin and mix well. Store in the fridge for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight).
  3. Add the sparkling wine and mix well. Add plenty of ice, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
