Preparation Method

  1. Whisk the mustard, honey, vanilla extract, salt and white pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the oil in a thin stream, stirring constantly until incorporated. This will emulsify the salad dressing and not separate it.
  3. Add the vinegars little by little, stirring constantly.
