This spirit has been aged in the Montifaud cellars for between 8 to 10 years, in the finest French Oak casks, creating a tremendous complexity. All the grapes used in this VSOP Cognac were grown in the Petite Champagne cru, viewed as one of the top crus in the Cognac area.

Drinkers should expect superb balance between the fruity spirit and the oaky cask, with a little more complexity than the VS edition of this range. Notes of caramel, toffee, sweet white grape, coconut, almond and woodsmoke are to be expect

Preparation Suggestion:

To a cocktail, pour 1 coffee spoon of sugar syrup into the glass and add 10 fresh mint and. Lightly crush and add ice cubes, 4 cl (1½ oz) VSOP, 2 cl (3/4 oz) lemon juice and 2 cl (3/4 oz) sparkling water. Mix with a spoon and serve with a straw.

Usage Suggestions:

Excellent cocktail base, for appetizer or digestive. It also goes well with scallops cooked with the endive cream.
