Pleasantly thick and velvety, with fruity and woody perfumes with a good bittersweet balance, it is aged in wooden barrels for 15 years. It goes well with any kind of food, favouring meats, cheeses and desserts.
Ideal for: roasted, grilled and boiled meats, cured meats, hamburgers, hot dogs, cheeses, fries, pizzas, fish and seafood, fruit salad, fresh strawberries with whipped cream, yoghurts, ice cream, cheesecake, pancakes, panna cota, puddings.

Keep in dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once open keep refrigerated.
