Product Description
Ziti is a pasta originating from Campania, Italy. They are shaped into long, wide tubes, about 25 cm long, which need to be broken by hand into smaller pieces before baking.
In Sicily, they are traditionally served at a wedding feast. Ziti is the plural form of zito , which means “bride” or “groom” in the Sicilian dialect.

Preparation Suggestion:
For perfect results use 6 liters of water per 500g, add salt and when the water boils, add the pasta stirring occasionally. Once cooked (after 8 minutes), drain and season to taste.

Ideal with the with the traditional Genovese sauce.
