Miller’s Elements Crackers are inspired by the 4 elements with the curiosity of adding a new Element: the beer.
In this product, Artisain Biscuits have combined smoked flour with red hot chilli, to create a square cracker that more than lives up to its name. Smoky and fiery with a coarse and crumbly texture, this cracker pairs with its inspiration: a paprika-rich and smoky chorizo. But it is equally at home with a powerful, gooey Epoisses.
WHEAT flour, stoneground WHEAT flour, corn oil, malt flour (BARLEY) in oak wood smoke (4%), autolysed yeast, salt, brown sugar, crushed red chilli (1%), leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate).

Best taken with smoked sausage seasoned with paprika or strong-tasting cheese.
