Preparation Method

  1. Let the salmon defrost, and season with salt and pepper. Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and honey and brush the salmon with this mixture. Bake at 220º for approx. 10 min.
  2. Cook the purée according to package directions. Drizzle with grated ginger.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the topping. Cut the onion into 1/2 moons, julienne the apple and the sliced celery. Season with salt, cider vinegar, add the sesame seeds and fold in.
  4. Serve the salmon with the purée and topping.
