Its intense, rich and robust aroma is the result of a careful selection of sun-dried tomatoes, hand-picked and dried according to Apulian tradition, preserved in the company’s own Peranzana extra virgin olive oil and combined with fresh ingredients such as tomato pulp, basil and almonds, which give a delicious taste to every dish.
The result is a well-balanced pesto, creamy in texture and vibrant in colour, with a full-bodied fragrance that elevates every bite. A true taste of the Mediterranean—straight from your plate.
