Vegetable Soup with Curry

Make a regular vegetable soup shine by adding an exotic touch to a classic recipe.

Preparation Method

  1. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and add the curry and ginger.
  2. Allow to heat for 30 seconds so that the spices begin to release their aroma, then add the vegetable soup you prepared previously.
  3. Bring to a boil over low heat and add the cream.
  4. Pass the soup with the wand or in a blender to obtain a smooth cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the soup in heated bowls and top with a drizzle of olive oil.
