Bornibus sauces are distinguished by their carefully selected ingredients, prepared according to the original recipes of Alexandre Bornibus and the classic elegance of their packaging.
Tartar sauce is made with mayonnaise, with some extra ingredients. In the United Kingdom add capers, maxixe, lemon juice, and tarragon. In America can include pickles or prepared sweet green pepper, capers, onions and fresh parsley. Sometimes also added slices of boiled eggs or olives, as well as Dijon mustard.

Rapeseed oil (70%), water, onion (2.4%), sugar, acidity regulator: lactic acid, salt, natural pepper flavouring, preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum, antioxidant: EDTA.
