Glutinous Rice is a type of short grain rice from Asia that becomes particularly sticky after cooking. Can be used without peel or bark. The glutinous rice without peel has a white colour, while the integral has a pink or black colour. Glutinous Rice is used for example to prepare Thai sweet rice or in the mochi, the famous Japanese New Year dumplings.

Glutinous rice (100%).
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
Soak in cold water for 12 hours. Put the rice in a bowl and add water until it is 1cm above the rice. Bake the rice on a low heat 20m until all the water is absorbed.
