Product Description
Bittersweet condiment made of cooked grape must, acetified and aged in wooden barrels according to tradition. During its slow maturation, it went through 15 transfers to different casks, acquiring the typical flavours and perfumes of Chestnut, Cherry, Oak, Blackberry, Juniper and Ash woods. It has a delicate thickness thanks to the concentration by natural evaporation, an intense and bright brown colour and a bittersweet and persistent flavour. Ready to serve, over raw and grilled vegetables, cured meats, carpaccio, smoked salmon, roasted and cooked meats, cured cheeses, boiled eggs, omelette, pizza, risotto, fruit salad, fresh strawberries, ice cream and cream, yoghurt, pudding, pancakes, fruit mousse… also suitable for making soft drinks and cocktails.
