From Serra da Malcata to the south, along the mountains that flank the Pônsul and Erges rivers, in the interior of the Alentejo and the Algarve mountains, and to the north, on the banks of the Côa river and in the mountainous regions between the Tua and Sabor rivers (hot land in ). Its production and extraction are done in a traditional way.
This Rosemary Honey is produced in the mountains of the interior of Portugal, where bees find vast areas of wild rosemary (Lavandula stoechas) integrated in an almost intact flora and fauna, thanks to low human activity and absence of pollution.
