Preparation Method

  1. Beat all the ingredients in a blender until it becomes a very homogeneous mass.
  2. Heat the frying pan, over low heat, put some of the dough, and spread it covering the whole bottom, getting a thin layer.
  3. When the dough is no longer liquid and the edges are loose, turn the dough over to cook the other side.
  4. Remove the pancake from the frying pan and repeat the process, until you finish the batter.
