This Fig Jam is prepared according to a conventual recipe. Traditional cooking methods are combined with strict hygiene. It does not contain dyes, preservatives or flavorings, only fruit and sugar. It was produced from Figs Pingo de Mel from Beira Baixa and Trás-os Montes, where exceptional climatic and environmental conditions give them a unique flavor.
Ingredients:
Fig (60%), sugar, lemon juice.
Storage:
Store in a dry and cool place. Once opended consume within 30 days.
