Codfish Egg Salad

Preparation Method

  1. Remove the excess oil from the preserved Codfish Eggs and set them aside.
  2. Dice the carrots and the pepper, and mix with the sliced radishes and the cooked chickpeas.
  3. Add the chopped coriander (leaves and stalks) and season everything with two tablespoons of oil and vinegar.
  4. Mix well and place in the serving dish.
  5. Place the roe on top and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
