Aged for between 4-6 years in French Oak casks is distilled from grapes that strictly grows in the Petite Champagne region. A evident vine flower aroma and the hint of linden flowers make this a fruity brandy, pear-scented with some apple notes. Light on the palate. The absence of any excess tannin avoids any astringency.

This terrific VS (very special) spirit, aged for between 4-6 years in French Oak casks is distilled from grapes grown strictly in the Petite Champagne region, which is ranked highly as one of the finest crus in Cognac.
This VS Ariane Cognac is youthful and feisty, with notes of sweet grape, fresh stone fruit, apples, vanilla and bright, nutty oak. A cut above most VS Cognacs, Chateau de Montifaud once again illustrate why they have such a strong standing in the world of spirits.

Preparation Suggestion:
To a cocktail pour 3cl (1 oz) VS Cognac + 1 cl (1/4 oz) green lime juice into the glass and then add 1cl (1/4 oz) orgeat/almond syrup; fill with 9cl (3 oz) lemonade.
Usage Suggestions:
Excellent cocktail base, for appetizer or digestive. It also goes well with scallops cooked with the endive cream.
