Butter Crisps Dipped in Chocolate

A fun way to eat your favorite butter cookies!

Ingredients

  • 100g milk chocolate, chopped into small pieces
  • 100g white chocolate, chopped into small pieces
  • 10 mini pretzels, broken into pieces
  • 10g of nuts

Preparation Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Melt the white chocolate in the same way.
  2. Dip half of the Butter Crisps into the melted milk chocolate until they are 2/3 coated, shake off excess chocolate. Repeat with the remaining butter crisps with the white chocolate.
  3. Decorate each one with mini pretzels and nuts. Arrange them on the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of fleur de sel over the milk chocolate butter crisps. Let the chocolate harden for 30 minutes at room temperature.
