Fish Tacos

Tacos are a recipe you can make for a quick dinner, making use of leftover fish from another meal. Add fresh, varied and colourful flavours.

Preparation Method

  1. Place the fish leftovers in a bowl and drizzle with the lime juice.
  2. Add the red cabbage, cut into thin slices, the mango, and the pineapple, cut into cubes, and the olive oil. Stir everything together.
  3. Place the spinach on the base of the tacos and top with the fish mixture.
  4. Drizzle with a little cocktail sauce, sprinkle with chopped coriander, and serve immediately.
