Preparation Method

  1. Mix together the flour, chocolate powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Break one egg at a time and add to the dry mixture.
  3. Add the milk and oil and mix well with a wire whisk until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rest for 10min. Add the baking powder, and bicarbonate and mix well.
  5. Take a small non-stick frying pan to medium heat, when heated, with a piece of paper towel, grease the bottom of the pan with oil – repeat this operation each time.
  6. Place 1 ladle of batter in the center of the frying pan, lower the heat and leave it for about 1 minute until the side of the pancake starts to firm up and bubbles form in the center of the batter.
  7. With a spatula, turn the pancake and leave for 1min more to brown the other side. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the rest of the dough.
  8. Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie. Mix well and add honey. Stir until you obtain a homogeneous coverage.
  9. Serve the pancakes still warm with the chocolate syrup and strawberries
